SLIDE Conference

In May 2025, I helped co-organize the Strategic Leadership Idea Development Event (SLIDE), jointly hosted by TCU and Texas A&M University. Conceived by Professors Gerry McNamara (Michigan State) and Aaron Hill (U Florida) SLIDE brings together a small, rotating group of junior and senior strategic leadership scholars to develop new research ideas related to CEOs and TMTs, build collaborations, and strengthen the intellectual community in the field. 

Co-hosting SLIDE was one of the most rewarding aspects of my academic service. Experiences like this energize me because they show how service can contribute directly to knowledge creation and, ultimately, to its dissemination through teaching.
